Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar product-focused roles.
- Experience working in startup environments or product-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of product/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in day-to-day workflows is highly valued.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and documentation.
- Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional, and internationally distributed teams.
- Ability to work with strong overlap with U.S. Eastern Time zones.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather, analyze, and structure product needs, workflows, and documentation requirements.
- Define and translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for a multi-agent AI system.
- Work closely with engineering teams to support product development, implementation, and iterative delivery cycles.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical partners to ensure alignment and clarity across all phases of the project.
- Document product decisions, technical requirements, and functional specifications in a structured and accessible format.
- Support UI/UX definition in collaboration with designers when applicable, ensuring user needs are reflected in product design.
- Use product management tools to track requirements, organize workflows, and monitor project progress.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and delivery consistency.
