  • At least 3+ years focused on growth in high-velocity consumer-facing products
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through experimentation, funnels, and lifecycle optimization
  • Strong hands-on experience with growth levers such as referrals, onboarding optimization, incentives, and retention systems
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to work directly with data and perform analysis independently
  • Strong execution focus with a bias toward shipping, iterating, and owning outcomes
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Build and scale experimentation frameworks, tooling, and analytics systems to support high-velocity testing and decision-making
  • Lead acquisition initiatives including referrals, partnerships, landing pages, viral loops, and collaboration with performance marketing teams
  • Optimize activation funnels by improving onboarding flows, wallet setup, first deposit conversion, and first engagement milestones
  • Design retention and re-engagement systems such as loyalty programs, incentives, and lifecycle campaigns that drive repeat usage
  • Establish core growth metrics, dashboards, and cohort analysis frameworks to guide product and business decisions
