Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or loyalty roles, preferably within subscription or DTC environments.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, with Iterable experience required.
  • Proven success in building segmentation strategies, customer journeys, and data-driven retention programs at scale.
  • Solid understanding of customer data architecture, personalization frameworks, and modern martech ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights and strategies.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, subscription services, or premium consumer brands is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, adaptability, and a test-and-learn mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy, including segmentation, personalization, and subscription engagement across the full customer journey.
  • Lead the design and execution of automated, omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS/MMS, app, and on-site messaging using advanced marketing platforms.
  • Develop and manage testing roadmaps (A/B and multivariate) to continuously optimize retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and enhance predictive modeling such as churn propensity and customer health scoring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Merchandising, and Finance to align lifecycle initiatives with business priorities and inventory availability.
  • Oversee CRM platform optimization, ensuring strong data integrity, seamless integrations, and effective use of marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including compliance, QA processes, audience validation, and campaign execution accuracy.
