Requirements
- 4-7+ years of work experience in field management, consulting, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills for operational questions and decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting, negotiating)
- Resourcefulness and ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Experience working in developing-country or high-risk settings
- Alignment with organizational values and core competencies
- Ability to travel on short notice (50-60% of the time)
Responsibilities
- Own a rich project management plan and coordinate with stakeholders
- Design operational models for new programs including assessing trade-offs
- Define, track, and report operational and efficiency metrics
- Identify operational vulnerabilities and create de-risking solutions
- Directly supervise multi-layered teams including field management and quality assurance
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage internal stakeholders
- Directly manage one or more Managers
- Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with donors and partners
- Scope new markets including operational diligence and risk assessments
- Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities for new programs
