Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX/Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Product Design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in software design and development.
- Professional experience in UI development and data-driven UI design.
- Strong communication abilities, including the capability to convey design rationale and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust, high-quality design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, UX case studies, and visual design expertise.
- Experience building internal tools or enterprise SaaS interfaces.
- Prior experience working in cross-functional technical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business development teams and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility and scope within time, technical, and cost constraints.
- Design, develop, and modify user interfaces and software systems using data-driven insights, scientific analysis, and modeling to predict and measure outcomes.
- Plan and define system specifications, layouts, workflows, and modifications to peripheral equipment or supporting systems.
- Coordinate installation of software systems and monitor performance to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to align design decisions with end-user needs and organizational goals.
- Contribute high-quality UX, interaction design, and visual design work across internal product initiatives.
