Requirements
- 6–8+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UX/UI work
- Expert Figma skills including component-driven design and prototyping
- Proficiency in discovery, information architecture, wireframing, and production
- Experience conducting lightweight user research
- Experience designing AI-powered product features
- Active use of AI-assisted design tools
- Experience in FinTech, consumer lending, or financial services (preferred)
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards (preferred)
- Experience designing across both web and native mobile (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own design for assigned product workstreams from problem framing through high-fidelity deliverables.
- Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns.
- Partner collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams.
- Conduct and facilitate usability sessions and customer interviews.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions.
- Contribute new patterns and maintain the company design system.
- Iterate rapidly through low-fidelity and high-fidelity reviews.
- Design features incorporating AI/ML, including conversational flows and recommendations.
- Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate workflow.
