Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Expert-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems).
- Strong UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, accessibility.
- Portfolio showing end-to-end product work (research to final UI).
- Ability to prioritize organization on complex, feature-dense products.
- Comfortable with evolving processes and ambiguity in a startup setting.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Own key features and initiatives independently from concept through developer handoff.
- Collaborate with Head of Design, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Build and manage existing design systems.
- Communicate work-in-progress, flag risks, and ask questions early.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, constraints, and shifting priorities.
- Conduct QA on features before shipment.
- Understand business and technical implications of design decisions.
