Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, program coordination, administrative support, operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Experience working within technology platforms used to track, organize, and manage information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Ability to work regular business hours in the Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for Talent Acquisition (TA) activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, partnering with TA, hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for recruiting-related questions and issues.
  • Manage calendars for the TA team, including scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Create, modify, and maintain TA materials, including candidate submittal packages, resumes, and job descriptions.
  • Enter and maintain documentation and data integrity in all recruiting tools and systems.
  • Facilitate candidate outreach and TA marketing activities.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, outlines, checklists, and communications.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying repetitive tasks and researching solutions.
