Requirements
- 3+ years experience in bot management, fraud, or abuse platforms.
- Deep understanding of web technologies and automation techniques.
- Strong data-informed decision making and familiarity with product analytics.
- Experience with detection system measurement: precision/recall, false positive/negative analysis.
- Familiarity with privacy and regulatory constraints like GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience with build vs buy evaluations in security domains.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
Responsibilities
- Set mission, vision, and strategy for Bot Detection as a product line.
- Own the product roadmap for detection capabilities, taxonomy, and customer-facing UX.
- Drive detection coverage improvements including AI assistant and agentic automation patterns.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to define evaluation methodology and quality targets.
- Define and ship customer-facing product surfaces including dashboards, APIs, and developer workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Marketing on value messaging, pricing, and launch planning.
- Operate as single-threaded owner to manage cross-functional dependencies and planning.
