Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC, LMSW (or ability to obtain within 3 months), or LMFT in Michigan
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Experience assessing and treating pediatric conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
- Experience delivering care through telehealth or virtual platforms
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family
- Provide behavioral health services to pediatric patients, supporting a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Promote emotional development and resilience through early identification, therapeutic intervention, and evidence-based care
- Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care in a virtual environment
- Provide compassionate, effective care through telehealth platforms while maintaining strong patient engagement and clinical quality
