Job Details

Experience: 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience
Required Skills: Documentation

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC, LMSW (or ability to obtain within 3 months), or LMFT in Michigan
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
Experience assessing and treating pediatric conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
Experience delivering care through telehealth or virtual platforms

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family
Provide behavioral health services to pediatric patients, supporting a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs
Promote emotional development and resilience through early identification, therapeutic intervention, and evidence-based care
Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care in a virtual environment
Provide compassionate, effective care through telehealth platforms while maintaining strong patient engagement and clinical quality
