Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or management consulting.
- Experience managing a portfolio of named Enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of driving retention and expansion outcomes.
- Strong technical aptitude for understanding APIs, data models, and integration architecture.
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows or agentic tooling.
- Fluency in Salesforce.
- Experience with CS platforms such as Rocketlane or Vitally.
- Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to discuss workflow automation with RevOps and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of ~15–20 Enterprise accounts (> $50K ARR).
- Maintain documented success plans and lead QBR/EBR sessions.
- Drive product adoption and expansion through strategic consulting.
- Consult on GTM architecture, AI-assisted workflows, and CLI-automated pipelines.
- Advise on technical integrations with CRM, CDP, and data warehouses.
- Identify renewal risks and drive mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent the voice of the customer to internal cross-functional teams.
