Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or management consulting.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of named Enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and expansion outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude for understanding APIs, data models, and integration architecture.
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows or agentic tooling.
  • Fluency in Salesforce.
  • Experience with CS platforms such as Rocketlane or Vitally.
  • Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to discuss workflow automation with RevOps and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of ~15–20 Enterprise accounts (> $50K ARR).
  • Maintain documented success plans and lead QBR/EBR sessions.
  • Drive product adoption and expansion through strategic consulting.
  • Consult on GTM architecture, AI-assisted workflows, and CLI-automated pipelines.
  • Advise on technical integrations with CRM, CDP, and data warehouses.
  • Identify renewal risks and drive mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to internal cross-functional teams.
