Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Spine Surgery preferred
Current, unrestricted Tennessee medical license
Active clinical practice or recent experience in orthopedic spine surgery
Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
Ability to attend required orientation and training sessions
Maintain all applicable licensure, certifications, credentialing, and professional requirements

Responsibilities

Reviewing medical records and supporting documentation
Conducting evidence-based clinical assessments
Preparing clear, comprehensive written reports
