- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.

- Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues to business partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate governance and transactional matters like board resolutions and capitalization table management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and vendors.
- Update public-facing terms of service and related policies.
- Advise product and engineering teams on privacy, data security, IP, and AI issues.
- Support employment legal matters, including offer letters and commission plans.
- Drive the refinement of legal forms and internal processes.
- Monitor applicable laws and industry guidance impacting agreements.
