Requirements
- 3–5+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, or sales engineering
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot architecture
- Proficiency with GTM tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Proficiency with workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Knowledge of SQL and Python or JavaScript
- Experience with AI-powered workflows and LLM API integration
- Understanding of outbound deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the programmatic outbound engine
- Own the CRM architecture and lead routing
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate revenue team tools
- Build AI-powered workflows for research, personalization, and scoring
- Create closed-loop pipeline automation
- Serve as an operational force multiplier for the revenue team
- Instrument workflows and track conversion data
