Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of paid search experience (Google Ads or Bing Ads).
  • Experience in budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
  • Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented role.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in core paid media channel execution within Google Ads, SA360, etc.
  • Determine methodology for campaign builds including themes, keywords, audiences, and settings.
  • Monitor campaigns daily for performance fluctuations and trends.
  • Develop client-facing performance write-ups.
  • Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications.
  • Understand and implement bidding methodologies and bid adjustments.
  • Manage audience strategy including remarketing and targeting.
  • Work collaboratively across internal channels to ensure client satisfaction.
