Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of paid search experience (Google Ads or Bing Ads).
- Experience in budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
- Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in core paid media channel execution within Google Ads, SA360, etc.
- Determine methodology for campaign builds including themes, keywords, audiences, and settings.
- Monitor campaigns daily for performance fluctuations and trends.
- Develop client-facing performance write-ups.
- Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications.
- Understand and implement bidding methodologies and bid adjustments.
- Manage audience strategy including remarketing and targeting.
- Work collaboratively across internal channels to ensure client satisfaction.
