Requirements
- Academic background in CS, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Solid hands-on SAP Basis experience on productive S/4HANA landscapes.
- Experience with SUM-based release upgrades, support packages, and kernel updates.
- Expertise in SAP HANA operations including System Replication, backup/recovery, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite / CPI platform operations.
- Strong experience with SAP transport governance via ChaRM or Cloud ALM.
- Working knowledge of SAP platform security, SSO, audit logs, and GRC controls.
- Solid Linux (SUSE/RHEL) administration and shell scripting skills.
- Automation/scripting competency in Python or equivalent languages.
- ABAP fundamentals for reading/debugging code.
- Experience operating SAP on cloud platforms (RISE with SAP or AWS).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like BACEN, LGPD, or SOX.
- Fluent in Portuguese, advanced English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on technical activities for SAP S/4HANA release upgrades and cutover planning.
- Operate and continuously improve the SAP S/4HANA landscape including kernel updates, system refreshes, and monitoring.
- Administer SAP HANA operational practices like replication, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
- Govern transport and change management activities using STMS and ChaRM / SAP Cloud ALM.
- Apply platform security baselines in alignment with LGPD, BACEN, and SOX compliance.
- Provide platform-level support for SAP Integration Suite / CPI including runtime troubleshooting.
- Lead complex incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Act as the internal SAP platform counterpart for implementation partners and AMS providers.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence repositories.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools for scripting, log analysis, and operational tasks.
