Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience operating/governing productive SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA operational practices.
- Strong experience with SAP transport and change governance (STMS, ChaRM/Solution Manager 7.2 or SAP Cloud ALM).
- Functional understanding of SAP modules FI and CO.
- Working knowledge of SAP platform security and GRC-related controls.
- Working knowledge of Linux (SUSE or RHEL) and scripting (shell, Python).
- Experience operating SAP landscapes on cloud platforms (RISE with SAP, AWS).
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced Spanish and English.
- Experience leading technical squads in fast-paced/regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hands-on technical execution of the squad’s roadmap.
- Own the technical governance and evolution of the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Define and implement the SAP and Corporate Systems operating model.
- Govern the Transport Management System (STMS) and Change Request Management.
- Lead adaptation of the SAP platform to fiscal, legal, and regulatory updates.
- Oversee and actively support SAP HANA administration practices.
- Define and enforce SAP security baselines aligned with LGPD, BACEN, and SOX.
- Establish master data governance practices.
- Act as internal technical authority reviewing solution designs and configurations.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis as Tier 3 escalation.
