Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience building software (backend services, internal tools, automations, or API-driven apps).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience building something with LLMs (agent, RAG pipeline, copilot, or prompt-driven tool).
- Comfortable wiring systems together (APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, async workflows).
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to figure out requirements.
- Strong ownership, ambiguity management, and iterative development skills.
Responsibilities
- Embed with teams across operations, customer success, and finance to identify slow and manual work.
- Ship AI agents and automations that solve identified operational problems.
- Partner with CEO and founders to identify high-leverage problems.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to understand priorities and align on builds.
- Build an internal eval harness for LLM features.
- Develop tools for plain-language querying of internal systems.
- Define and maintain best practices for prompt management and safe LLM deployment.
