- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building capability
- Experience managing operational issues, escalations, or service delivery outcomes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
- Experience working in renewable energy, field services, technical operations, or service-based environments highly regarded
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and service delivery communications
- Monitor performance against client contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
- Coordinate internal teams to support consistent and effective service delivery
- Manage service delivery issues, risks, and escalations
- Prepare client reporting and operational performance insights
- Support onboarding of new clients, projects, and service expansions
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and service enhancement
