Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent level of contract management experience.
- 1 year of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating clinical research agreements (e.g., NDAs, CTAs).
- Experience in management, control and tracking of the contract process.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, virtual team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
- Review, draft and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, master confidentiality, clinical study, and amendment agreements.
- Resolve or escalate contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
- Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status.
- Coordinate execution of agreements.
- Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
