Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent level of contract management experience.
  • 1 year of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating clinical research agreements (e.g., NDAs, CTAs).
  • Experience in management, control and tracking of the contract process.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global, virtual team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
  • Review, draft and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, master confidentiality, clinical study, and amendment agreements.
  • Resolve or escalate contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status.
  • Coordinate execution of agreements.
  • Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
