Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent level of contract management experience.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research or similar industry.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements (NDAs, CTAs).
  • Experience with management, control, and tracking of the contract process.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
  • Review, draft and negotiate various agreements including confidentiality, master confidentiality, clinical study, and amendment agreements.
  • Resolve or escalate contractual issues with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status.
  • Coordinate the execution of agreements.
  • Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving.
  • Identify process improvements and take corrective action.
