Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent level of contract management experience.
- 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research or similar industry.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements (NDAs, CTAs).
- Experience with management, control, and tracking of the contract process.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
- Review, draft and negotiate various agreements including confidentiality, master confidentiality, clinical study, and amendment agreements.
- Resolve or escalate contractual issues with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
- Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status.
- Coordinate the execution of agreements.
- Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving.
- Identify process improvements and take corrective action.
