- 10+ years of experience managing partner relationships.
- 8+ years of combined program management, enablement, or operations consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
- Consistent track record of building and deploying external programs alongside sales peers to drive revenue.
- Experience within the fleet management or hardware deployment space (Preferred).
- Familiarity with the commercial fleet space (Preferred).
- Experience within Enterprise SaaS sales (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Partner Services team, including frontline managers and/or senior individual contributors supporting partner execution.
- Drive strategy and operational excellence across installation and services partners globally.
- Build scalable programs, processes, and quality standards that improve partner performance, customer outcomes, and deployment consistency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Product, and Partnerships leadership to remove friction in the partner experience.
- Use metrics, partner feedback, and field insights to improve partner onboarding, activation, quality, capacity, and ongoing engagement.
- Ensure partners are equipped to support Samsara's expanding product footprint and implementation needs.
- Problem-solve as needed to streamline internal processes with customer success, sales, operations, product, finance and other cross-functional teams.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
