Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across high-growth tech, strategy consulting, or fast-paced commercial operations.
- Experience in fintech, travel-tech, or B2B SaaS preferred.
- Ability to turn complex commercial and legal concepts into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in project tracking, dashboards, and quota configuration.
- High emotional intelligence for stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to operate as both a strategist and an executor in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial Priorities by partnering with the CBO to define partnership and supply strategy.
- Build the Cross-Functional Bridge by pinpointing support needs across finance, legal, and product teams.
- Serve as the flywheel of accountability between the CBO and leadership team.
- Build data-backed materials for Board meetings and investor updates.
- Act as a trusted proxy for the CBO in key meetings and strategy sessions.
- Own research and preparation for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings.
