Requirements

- Ability to make API requests, build demo apps, and use the command line.
- Capable of building a working demo from scratch.
- Expert technical communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience explaining complex workflows clearly.
- Comfortable on camera for product demos and tutorials.
- Independent video production skills (script, record, edit, publish).
- Experience with AI and modern tools to scale content production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
Responsibilities
- Research topics from support requests, sales calls, and industry experts.
- Produce and publish written technical content and documentation.
- Build and publish demo apps and sample revenue cycle management tools.
- Create technical content including blog posts, YouTube tutorials, and explainer videos.
- Use AI tools to mine customer knowledge from support tickets and sales conversations.
- Represent Stedi publicly as a voice for the developer community.
- Measure impact through metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
