Requirements
- 2-4 years of design work experience.
- Strong background in enterprise B2B applications.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and process.
- Passionate about using quantitative data and qualitative research findings.
- Understands the pillars of design systems including principles, components, patterns, and accessibility.
- Fluent in UX design tools and methods such as Figma, FigJam, and Miro.
- Growth mindset with a passion for sharing learning and giving/receiving feedback.
- Experience using AI-based tools to increase efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or similar.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management to plan and run discovery including customer interviews, journey maps, and competitive research.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, hi-fi UI, and prototypes.
- Produce design deliverables across the full range of fidelity while applying design system standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Use research, testing, and feedback loops to confirm design decisions and reduce rework.
- Ensure a cohesive experience across the product area by reviewing development implementation.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to team and cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to team workflows, design libraries, and practice improvement.
