Job Details

3+ years of experience in Business or System Analysis within IT.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in an enterprise environment.
Ability to map business processes and create functional specifications and technical requirements.
Skill in decomposing requirements into User Stories and acceptance criteria.
Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataverse).
Knowledge of Dataverse tables, relationships, and security models.
Understanding of integration principles (REST API, Connectors, Data Flows).
Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Planner.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Fluency in Ukrainian and Intermediate (B1) English.
Relevant higher education in IT, Business Analysis, or Management.

Interact with internal and external customers from initial contact to solution delivery.
Gather, analyze, and systematize business requirements and define business needs.
Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding functionality, deadlines, and platform constraints.
Formulate functional specifications, technical tasks, and map business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE).
Decompose requirements into User Stories and tasks with acceptance criteria.
Describe integration scenarios, data flows, and inter-system interactions.
Collaborate with the development team on planning and backlog prioritization.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze defects.
Maintain project documentation and generate management status reports.
