Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven, Power Fx), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proficiency with REST API/Microsoft Graph API and Custom Connectors.
- Experience with CI/CD, ALM, Azure DevOps, and managed solutions.
- Strong SQL knowledge for Dataverse/SQL Server.
- Proven track record in technical leadership, mentorship, and team management.
- Ability to decompose business requirements into technical tasks.
- Higher education in IT or related field.
- PL-400 certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (B1+ for documentation and vendor communication).
Responsibilities
- Plan sprints and distribute tasks among team members.
- Perform code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical retrospectives.
- Mentor and onboard team members, conducting training sessions.
- Manage project backlogs and maintain development standards/documentation.
- Design low-code enterprise architectures using Power Platform.
- Implement ALM and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Integrate solutions with corporate systems like SharePoint, SQL, and Microsoft Graph.
- Develop chatbots with Copilot Studio and integrate AI Builder solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specs/User Stories.
