Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency writing complex SQL queries (joins, aggregations, window functions).
- Proven ability to translate raw data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Ability to investigate ambiguous problems and structure data-driven solutions.
- Interest in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Exposure to data transformation tools like dbt.
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Analyze fulfilment workflows to identify bottlenecks across the supply chain and propose data-backed solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards tracking key fulfillment KPIs.
- Write and own complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large fulfilment datasets.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within fulfilment data to drive decision-making.
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Data teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Work with Data Engineers to ensure fulfillment data is clean, well-structured, and scalable.
- Monitor data integrity across systems and resolve discrepancies.
- Track and investigate root causes of courier performance, batching efficiency, and delivery speed issues.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and draft outputs.
