Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or a senior client-facing technical role.
- Deep familiarity with the intelligent automation landscape: RPA, Agentic AI, IDP, and Process Mining.
- Experience defining automation business cases and ROI models.
- Practical understanding of enterprise automation platforms (e.g., UiPath).
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, integration patterns (APIs), and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks, LLM integration, or Generative AI.
- Proven track record of building trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client discovery sessions, workshops, and executive briefings to understand automation maturity.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of Agentic AI, RPA, IDP, and related platforms.
- Lead high-level solution scoping and architecture definition.
- Produce high-quality pre-sales artefacts: solution overviews, effort estimates, business cases, and ROI models.
- Lead and coordinate the creation of bespoke client proposals and pitch decks.
- Own the end-to-end PoC lifecycle from scoping to execution.
- Act as an SME & Delivery QA across main key accounts.
