Requirements
- Minimum of five years of Solutions Engineering experience
- Expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Cloud Security, PAM, or Application GRC
- Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI
- In-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI
- Familiarity with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Cloudformation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., ISACA, ISC2, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong technical document creation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% domestically
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical presentations for enterprise solutions
- Communicate solution value to technical and business stakeholders
- Conduct technical discovery and needs assessments
- Respond to RFx inquiries and assist the global bid team
- Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on strategy and presentation execution
- Provide competitive intelligence and product feedback to internal teams
- Manage Proof of Concept (POC) scope and execution
