Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering.
- Experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Application GRC.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts including GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
- Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent technical certifications (ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Microsoft, Google).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence others and provide effective technical presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions.
- Effectively communicate solution value to business and technical audiences.
- Provide needs assessment and consultation for prospective customers.
- Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFx inquiries.
- Drive regional sales opportunities to closure.
- Provide competitive intel and solution feedback to product management.
- Mentor and coach junior Solutions Engineers on strategy and presentation execution.
