Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in software, AI, or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience shipping generative or agentic AI to production.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Solid software-engineering fundamentals (APIs, microservices, version control, testing).
- Hands-on experience building AI agents/tool-using LLMs with orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with AWS AI services, specifically Amazon Bedrock.
- Solid grasp of RAG, embeddings, chunking, and vector databases.
- Proven ability to evaluate platforms and make objective architecture decisions.
- Consulting mindset with strong communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into AI solutions via client and stakeholder consultation.
- Lead platform and tooling selection based on data gravity, integration, cost, and governance.
- Architect agentic and generative AI systems including multi-agent workflows and RAG pipelines.
- Develop production-grade agents using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and Bedrock AgentCore.
- Own quality through evaluation pipelines, observability, and performance optimization.
- Deliver PoCs, demos, and scaled production deployments.
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts and shape solution offerings.
- Mentor engineers and interns while defining technical best practices.
