Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or AI/ML (8+ preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Proficiency in machine learning, statistical analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Lambda, Bedrock)
- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and APIs
- Strong programming and AI development skills, including use of AI coding tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions from prototype to production, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across enterprise environments.
- Implement generative AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures to support automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Build AI systems for program tracking, knowledge management, classification, and operational reporting across large datasets.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and legacy systems, leveraging cloud services and APIs to enable seamless orchestration.
- Develop and evaluate both custom-built and vendor-based AI solutions, including experimentation with AI coding tools to improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to support ETL pipelines, data integration, and scalable data architecture design.
- Communicate insights, technical designs, and results effectively to both technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
