- Owns top-tier or highly complex accounts with full autonomy
- Develop and execute long-range account strategies that align with client business goals
- Lead high-stakes, executive-level conversations and negotiations
- Identify non-obvious growth opportunities including cross-solution expansion and new platform integrations
- Deliver significant revenue expansion across strategic, high-value accounts
- Represent client perspectives to influence product positioning
- Mentor junior level team members
- Support new business development and lead complex strategic pitches
- Proactively identify accounts at risk of churn and implement retention strategies
