Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Alpha
- Experience in running an Alpha Course
- Familiar with CRM systems (data input, GDPR best practice, reporting)
- Excellent communication skills (face to face, telephone, writing)
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills
- Experience in running training events
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with churches and Alpha leaders across Scotland
- Act as the key regional contact for all Alpha activity
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared regional goals
- Proactively engage new churches to increase the number of churches running Alpha
- Support existing churches to encourage long-term engagement and retention
- Reconnect with churches that have previously run Alpha for re-activation
- Promote, facilitate and deliver local training events
- Represent Alpha at regional conferences and speaking engagements
- Capture and share guest stories and church transformation stories
- Maintain accurate regional data using Salesforce
