Requirements
- College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field (Health Sciences/Life Sciences preferred).
- SoCRA or ACRP Certification/Designation.
- Minimum 4-6 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in managing CRA staff.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and guidelines for clinical monitoring and GCP.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
- Ability to work in a remote global capacity.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Customer service and solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Oversee resource planning, performance management, and compliance for clinical monitoring teams.
- Develop, monitor, and report on project-specific processes for site selection and clinical monitoring.
- Ensure ICH-GCP compliance and provide solutions for issue resolution.
- Manage and mentor CRA staff including training, development, and evaluations.
- Identify, recruit, and manage independent contractor services.
- Represent clinical monitoring teams to internal partners and external sponsors.
- Develop tools and support business development from bidding to project reporting.
