Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel, or Sales within fast-scaling SaaS companies.
  • 3+ years working directly with services partners in a revenue-focused role.
  • Proven track record of building or owning a GSI partnership motion.
  • Experience working on complex enterprise deals in the €100K–€500K+ range.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder and program management skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GSI strategy across EMEA with a clear partner prioritization framework, engagement model, KPIs, and operating rhythm.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic services partners capable of building consulting and implementation practices around n8n.
  • Map and develop relationships across partner leadership, practice leads, alliance teams, and field sellers.
  • Drive lighthouse partnerships with Tier-1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, etc.).
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies with GSIs including campaigns, industry solutions, and field engagement.
  • Stand up repeatable co-sell execution between GSIs and n8n’s Sales organization.
  • Onboard GSIs and drive technical and commercial enablement.
  • Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, deal engagement levels, win rates, and partner activation metrics.
