Requirements
- Proven experience owning B2B software products in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong Kubernetes domain knowledge (node lifecycle, autoscaling, cloud infrastructure economics).
- Kubernetes certification (CKA preferred) or completion within first 6 months.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants, agentic workflows) for research, documentation, and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS contexts.
- Excellent writing skills (PR/FAQs) for technical and business audiences.
- Direct enterprise customer experience conducting discovery interviews.
- Familiarity with modern product management practices.
- Computer Science or Information Technology degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Drive customer and market discovery through direct user engagement, Proof of Value cycles, competitive analysis, and close collaboration with the GTM team.
- Use AI tools and LLMs actively in your daily workflow for discovery synthesis, spec drafting, competitive research, and customer interview summarization.
- Define and track product metrics that reflect real customer outcomes using PostHog.
- Write clear, structured product narratives such as PR/FAQs and feature briefs.
- Work across organizational boundaries with product, engineering, design, sales, and support.
- Identify and lead process improvements in the Product Management team.
