Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development or engineering-related roles
- At least 4 years in engineering leadership or management positions
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software delivery in a fast-paced SaaS or product-driven environment
- Strong understanding of software delivery practices, including planning, estimation, testing, deployment, and quality assurance
- Solid technical literacy with the ability to engage effectively with developers, QA engineers, and architects
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to guide teams through Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary software delivery team (typically 8–12 members), providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee end-to-end software delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Architecture to align on vision and define scope.
- Identify, manage, and remove delivery blockers while continuously improving workflows and engineering processes.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on ownership and delivery excellence.
- Monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, quality, and predictability to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Product and Architecture, balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.
