Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience handling large datasets.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working with hospitals or health systems is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and team leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior staff.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of hospital market, operational, and financial data to identify strategic facility and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial and market models to evaluate hospital expansion, capacity planning, and capital investment scenarios.
  • Manage end-to-end consulting project workstreams, including planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Oversee and review analytical outputs from junior consultants to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and deliverables for hospital and health system leadership.
  • Participate in client engagements including site visits, interviews, and strategic workshops.
  • Support and mentor junior team members through coaching, feedback, and technical guidance.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and services.
