Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in dental revenue cycle management, including billing, AR, and insurance workflows
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes, contract management, and financial reconciliation
- Experience using or supporting systems such as Cloud 9 and Denticon
- Proven ability to design SOPs, training materials, and workflow documentation
- Experience delivering virtual training and remote onboarding support across distributed teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills in a fully remote setting
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom
- Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend work during go-live events
Responsibilities
- Conducting pre-migration reviews of revenue cycle data, including patient balances, insurance claims, and contract mapping accuracy
- Supporting migration teams to ensure seamless integration of RCM workflows into new practice management systems
- Leading virtual training sessions covering eligibility verification, claims submission, payment posting, AR management, and reconciliation processes
- Providing ongoing remote support before, during, and after go-live events to ensure successful adoption of workflows
- Developing, maintaining, and improving SOPs, training guides, and standardized RCM documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and training to resolve migration issues and improve processes
- Monitoring post-migration performance metrics and recommending optimization strategies
