Job Details

Experience: 6–8 years

Requirements

6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or security architecture
Deep expertise in IAM governance and enterprise identity architecture
Experience leading large-scale IAM transformation or enterprise security initiatives
Understanding of Zero Trust architecture principles
Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models and privileged access governance
Skilled in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
Experience with Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk
Exposure to regulated industries or enterprise security environments
CISSP, CCSP, or SABSA certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise IAM governance and architecture strategy
Establish multi-year IAM roadmaps and prioritize security initiatives
Design enterprise identity reference architectures and standards
Act as the final authority for identity-related architecture decisions
Define and enforce IAM policies and access control standards
Oversee access governance practices and identity lifecycle management
Establish IAM risk metrics and drive remediation of security gaps
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align identity strategy
Evaluate IAM, IGA, and PAM technologies
Support audits and regulatory engagements
