Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in application architecture, enterprise architecture, or software engineering leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and enterprise design principles
- Experience with application design, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure/cloud technologies
- Proficiency in evaluating systems across application, data, infrastructure, security, and operational layers
- Ability to create technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and complex design documentation
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience guiding technical teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive, technical, and client stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain end-to-end enterprise and application architectures across multiple initiatives and domains
- Lead architecture impact assessments, identify architectural risks, and recommend scalable technical solutions
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and design artifacts
- Present solutions and recommendations to architecture review boards and senior leadership stakeholders
- Provide governance across application, infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements
- Assign and guide architecture resources across a portfolio of projects while mentoring junior architects
- Collaborate closely with PMO, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure cohesive delivery
