Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Growth Engineering, Product Analytics, or similar roles
- Strong SQL skills and experience transforming data into actionable business insights
- Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Demandbase, Hightouch, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to design and implement workflows, automations, or AI-enabled GTM systems
- Experience connecting disparate data sources into unified operational or analytical frameworks
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering stakeholders
- Experience applying AI or automation tools to improve GTM efficiency
Responsibilities
- Build and scale GTM funnel architecture across acquisition, activation, engagement, qualification, pipeline, and revenue stages
- Integrate product telemetry, CRM data, enrichment tools, and marketing systems into a unified customer and account view
- Define and evolve lifecycle models including MQLs, PQLs, scoring frameworks, routing logic, and sales handoff processes
- Develop dashboards and analytics frameworks to identify funnel bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and performance trends
- Create signal-driven workflows and automations to prioritize high-value accounts and optimize GTM efficiency
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance insights generation, workflow optimization, and GTM decision-making
- Establish operational rigor around lead routing, SLA tracking, funnel health, and revenue visibility
