- Experience operationalizing LLMs or AI frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows for operational efficiency
- Develop automated forecasting risk and pipeline health analysis
- Build internal intelligence systems for performance insights
- Partner with Revenue, Marketing, CS, and Finance teams to modernize operations
- Build and maintain data pipelines and API-based automations
- Manage internal reporting infrastructure and AI agent frameworks
