Requirements

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience hiring and building high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with technical involvement and operational ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team responsible for merchant-facing platform experiences, ensuring successful delivery of projects with high standards of quality, reliability, and execution speed.
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through performance management, career growth planning, and continuous feedback.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical reviews, helping teams make sound decisions around scalability, latency, reliability, and data integrity.
- Partner closely with Product leadership to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, identify risks, and balance ambitious goals with realistic execution plans.
- Drive operational excellence through monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
- Oversee the evolution of AI-powered merchant experiences while maintaining the stability and usability of existing platform capabilities.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent as the organization continues to scale.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance engineering culture within a remote-first environment.
