Requirements

- Ability to explain complex services in a clear, simple, and engaging way
- Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-up discipline
- Empathetic, customer-focused approach with interest in wellness or healthcare services
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital channels
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and messaging to identify and engage new prospects
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs, goals, and interest in available healthcare services
- Clearly explain treatment programs and wellness offerings in a simple and consultative manner
- Schedule consultations with clinical or specialist teams and ensure proper follow-up with prospects
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
