Requirements
- Prior experience in outbound sales, SDR, ISA, appointment setting, or similar phone-based client-facing roles.
- Experience within a U.S.-based environment.
- Strong English and Spanish fluency.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing high-volume CRM pipelines.
- Disciplined in follow-up execution.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Familiarity in real estate lead intake or investment environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound and warm leads from multiple channels, including web inquiries, SMS responses, PPC campaigns, and outbound follow-ups.
- Conduct structured follow-ups via phone, SMS, and email to build rapport, assess motivation, and advance leads through the pipeline.
- Schedule qualified appointments directly on senior leadership calendars, ensuring strong alignment with seller needs and expectations.
- Maintain rapid response times for high-intent leads while managing a high-volume pipeline (100–200+ active leads).
- Execute disciplined CRM management in Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions, updates, and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare detailed handoff notes for appointments, ensuring clarity on seller motivation, property details, and pricing expectations.
