Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management or product leadership within wireless, telecom, or closely related industries.
- Direct experience operating an MVNO or working within MVNE/MNO environments.
- Proven track record of building or scaling a mobile subscriber base.
- Strong experience with eSIM provisioning, digital activation flows, BYOD onboarding, and mobile lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success managing commercial relationships with carriers, MVNEs, and ecosystem partners.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of telecom product ecosystems, including mobile and broadband convergence strategies.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong preference for experience in high-growth, resource-constrained environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end mobile product portfolio, including pricing, packaging, promotions, device compatibility, and onboarding experiences.
- Design and optimize activation journeys, port-in processes, customer onboarding, and lifecycle management.
- Define the mobile product vision and multi-quarter roadmap.
- Build business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations.
- Lead commercial relationships with MVNEs, MNOs, and device ecosystem partners.
- Drive mobile performance metrics such as attach rate, activation success, ARPU, churn, and port-in completion.
- Identify market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and operational readiness.
- Serve as the internal voice of the mobile customer.
