Requirements
- 8+ years of IT leadership experience, including at least 2+ years in a Director-level role in digital workplace, end-user services, or infrastructure.
- Strong experience designing and managing modern endpoint environments (Intune, macOS/Windows management, VDI).
- Proven ability to implement automation and AI-driven solutions that improve IT operations and employee experience.
- Experience managing ITSM platforms and maturing service desk operations in large, complex organizations.
- Background in AV systems, enterprise collaboration tools, and hybrid meeting infrastructure.
- Strong product mindset with experience managing internal tools or platforms as evolving products.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new technologies and workflows.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise networking concepts (SD-WAN, ZTNA, wireless) is a plus.
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of building and developing high-performing, inclusive teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for a modern, AI-enabled digital workplace that integrates intelligent agents and automation into employee workflows.
- Lead the transformation toward a zero-touch IT operating model, automating device lifecycle management, software distribution, patching, and routine support activities.
- Oversee Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives, implementing sentiment-based and experience-driven metrics to improve usability and satisfaction.
- Manage global service desk operations and ITSM platforms, improving self-service capabilities, ticket resolution, and service quality at scale.
- Define and maintain enterprise AV and hybrid meeting standards, ensuring consistent, high-quality collaboration experiences across offices and events.
- Own lifecycle management processes including procurement, provisioning, asset management, and secure decommissioning of IT hardware and software.
- Lead internal teams and external vendors, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and continuous operational improvement.
- Manage IT tools as a product portfolio, iterating based on user feedback and aligning enhancements with employee needs and business goals.
- Partner with Information Security to ensure endpoint compliance, IAM integration, and alignment with security and regulatory requirements.
- Drive cultural and operational change to support adoption of AI-driven workflows and modern digital workplace capabilities.
